Vance Thompson Vision is a leading ophthalmology group with clinics across the Mid- and Mountain West, specializing in LASIK, cataract surgery, glaucoma, cornea care, and oculoplastics. They're recognized globally for setting the standard in vision correction and patient care.

As VTV rapidly scaled to new locations, their revenue cycle management team faced a growing bottleneck. Eight coding specialists were manually processing hundreds of patient encounters daily — each one requiring several minutes of careful work to execute accurately.
